Jennifer's 24/7 Mobile Notary understands that work schedules, travel plans, layovers, job site delays, emergency call-outs, and medical needs can change quickly and unexpectedly. We strive to be flexible and accommodating whenever possible.
A no-show fee may be charged when a scheduled appointment is missed without notice or when the signer is unavailable upon the notary's arrival. Because appointment times are reserved and travel is completed to the designated location, the fee helps cover travel expenses, time, and scheduling commitments.
For Blue-Collar Professionals: We understand that many of our clients work in industries where phone access may be restricted due to company policies, safety regulations, active work zones, or designated No Phone Zones. This may include professionals working in railroad transportation, construction, trucking and transportation, manufacturing, utilities, oil and gas, mining, agriculture, warehouse and logistics operations, public works, emergency response, telecommunications, and other skilled trades.
If you are unable to contact us due to work-related restrictions, please have a supervisor, coworker, family member, or other representative contact us on your behalf whenever possible. If that is not possible, please reach out as soon as you are safely able.
We understand No Phone Zone requirements and the communication challenges they can create. In the event communication is delayed due to these work-related restrictions, clients will be exempt from the full no-show fee, provided reasonable communication is made as soon as practicable after phone access becomes available.
